Once you have accepted our proposal and made the advance payment (typically 50% of the project cost), the project is considered commenced and cannot be cancelled. This is because:

2.1 Service Not Delivered: If VS Enterprises fails to commence work within the agreed timeline without valid reason, and no work has been initiated, you may request a refund of the advance payment.
2.2 Non-Conforming Deliverables: If the final deliverables do not conform to the agreed specifications outlined in the project agreement, and VS Enterprises is unable to rectify the issues within the agreed revision cycles, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
2.3 Technical Impossibility: If it is determined that the project requirements cannot be technically fulfilled as originally agreed, and this was not disclosed during the initial consultation, a refund may be processed for undelivered work.

In case of any refunds approved by VS Enterprises, it will take 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have made partial payments and decide not to proceed with the project:
